Meet Janelle
Hello! I'm Janelle, a classically trained pianist with over 10 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor's degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy from BYU. I've performed as a soloist with multiple orchestras, including the Utah Symphony, and I now dedicate my work to inspiring and nurturing young musicians throughout Utah County. I love teaching the classics and the hymns of faith.
My piano education began at age 7. As a child and teenager, I participated in and won piano competitions, experiences that shaped both my musicianship and my love for disciplined practice. I believe that learning never ends, and I continue to refine my skills through continual study and practice.
I bring both expertise and enthusiasm to every lesson. My teaching approach focuses on building confidence, strong technique, and a deep appreciation for music. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to sharpen their skills, I provide patient, structured instruction that helps them grow with confidence and joy.
